Hello!
I'm Reem, a PhD candidate in Machine Learning at University College London. My research centers on advancing machine learning techniques, with a particular focus on cultural alignment in Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance AI outputs for diverse cultural contexts. I am especially passionate about improving LLM performance and adaptability for the Arabic language, contributing to more inclusive and effective AI technologies. Prior to my academic career, I held various managerial roles at Procter and Gamble (P&G) on the Pampers and Always production lines, managing significant budgets and teams. Notably, I was the first female Quality Control Manager at P&G's Jeddah Plant, where I led initiatives that won global awards for quality improvements.
